Toshiba Lcd

I have a Toshiba LCD TV, model number 40RF30U and sometimes the left half of the tv gets the lines through it.?

Is it serious? I couldn’t find anything about it online. When I kinda tapped the tv and repositioned it on our dresser it hasn’t done it since.

This is usually caused by dry soldered joints and if it returns which it probably will it is an engineers job.Though it should be straight forward.
