A device to raise/lower LCD monitor height?

My LCD monitor has the ability to tilt the screen back/forward, but I can’t raise the monitor height up and down.

There are all sorts of devices to do this. The monitor mounts on the device and the device mounts to the desk. The often allow placement of the monitor using “arms” that swing in all directions.
