Help me with the FLX 2210 Blocked Program! ?

I have a Flx 2210 TV from Element Electronics. I have just hooked it up to a Comcast box. Every once and a while I get a Blue Screen with the message: Blocked Program! And a different code, I have gotten CF-18 ans+, CE-C CF-13 ans, or the like (it flashes up to fast to see.) Any Ideas on how to make it stop?

Cable converters when not authorized will get that message. If it is flashing at random tmes for more than 10 mins max during the course of a day means ver possible defective decoder chip inside. Ask for a converter swap.
