What’s a decent hd tv (19-20 inch) for my xbox 360?

I’m looking for a tv that makes my xbox 360 look better on the tube. My old one is not dooing the trick. My price range is about 299.99$ maybe more.Would i need to buy any kind of cables or (wires to make this work?) like hdmi cables? and also is Lcd the same as Hd? Im very new to this stuff 
also any Links to websites with 20 inch hd tv’s would be greatly appreaciated

First things first, LCD is not the same as HD, LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) is a type of display, can be compared with Plasma, but plasmas only come in big tvs. HD stands for High Definition and it´s found on both.
With $300 you can only buy brands like Dynex, Vizio, etc, which I really really DON´T recommend, Maybe wait a little more a gather about $150 more and then you could buy a good LCD tv. Here´s a link to samsungs 19 inch tvs, I recommend this brand from personal experience. Other good brands would be LG, Sharp, Panasonic. Check that the resoultion is 720p at least, which is High Definition. As for cables, you´ll have to buy HDMI to HDMI.
