I want one that is under 250$ but 200$ is better. It has to be bigger than 18 inches, and please no bigger than 32 inches. It MUST be a flat screen. No big boxes please. I want an LCD one but I do not want HDTV because I do not want to have to pay more. Also, it is going to be mounted in the corner.
So, I need:
-Under 250$
-Between 19-31 inches
-Flat Screen
-LCD
-No HDTV
I am willing to buy a used one. Please leave a link or a brand name. Also, I am willing to have on shipped to me. Or even go to *cough* Walmart *cough* to buy one.
Thank you so much to everyone in advance. Cheers!

Hey
I just got this new lcd hdtv, a 19 inch from westinghouse, here are the specs if anyone needs,
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8256576&productCategoryId=abcat0101001&type=product&tab=2&id=1169512772236#productdetail
and when im playing halo 3 or Call of duty 3, the graphics are not really what i expected. They were muddled out, and reminded me of the old PS1, lol.
Ya, I have the HDTV option clicked to the on position on the component connector, and I went to the options menu in the 360, and tried to all the different types: 720p, 1080i, 1080p. The picture quality on the games looked all the same, regardless.
Do you think this is a problem due to the TV, or what? I played these games on my friends TV, and they showed up much better (at least twice as good resolution or better maybe), so I’m thinking it may just be my TV.

On my birthday I am getting a 19 Inch 16:9 720p LCD TV (i forgot the brand). I have a really nice DVD player and I have a PS2, but will they look good on an (19″) HDTV? I plan to use Component cables to get the most of the picture as opposed to composite. Will this make it look really good? My DVD player is Progressive Scan compatible. I also have surround sound so Im hoping the TV will make my bedroom theater system all the better.
For the curious, my DVD player is a region free and pal-> NTSC Pioneer DV-383, my surround sound is an RCA RTD206, my VCR is an Sony Model 7LV-789HF. All except the VCR have component outputs for video.

So I only want a 19 or 22 inch lcd. From what i’ve been told 720p is good for this size and a 1000:1 will do it. However, some TVs come w/ 16:10 screen and some with 16:9. I thought that 16:9 was better. IS IT?

I bought my 19 inch Toshiba TV 27 years ago and it still works and looks as good as the day I bought it. I need a VCR though to receive more than the 13 channels on the knob. This thing just wont die and my wife wont let me get an LCD HD tv until it breaks or hmmmm, gets stolen….
