tv repair..samsung hdtv slimfit?

my samsung hdtv slim fit screen went out and the power red light turns on .but no sound or picture what iis the problem and how can i fix it and the coast? or is it just junk now?

The first thing to do is make sure your connections are all correct and secure. Try different audio and video sources i.e try playing a DVD instead of your cable box. In most cases , repairing a Flat Screen TV isn’t cost effective.
