Under Counter

How do you go about buying a prescription drug under the counter?

I want to get some Adipex/phentermine but I dont’ have a doctor. I know I am the perfect candidate for this drug. I haven’t got the foggiest clue how to go about getting it “under the counter”. Any tips?
