I haven’t had it for that long but the only problem I have with it the slow loading between channels but i’m new to flat screens that may be common, I don’t know.

Picture performance of this TV is adiquate but it is lacking provisions for a vesa wall mount. This should be disclosed in the product descriptions.

I purchased My TV in December, worked great right up till the picture went dead about 5 months later. It has a 1 year warranty on parts only and 90 days on labor. So I was planning to send it in for repair untill I came across this little statement in thier warranty policy.
“It is the customer’s responsibility to retain the original box and packaging in case the unit is required to be shipped for repair. Upon receipt of the warranty item, should it be determined that the item is damaged due to insufficient packaging; Apex Digital Inc. may, at its sole discretion, void the warranty. Apex incurs no liability whatsoever to provide packaging for warranty items.”
So, no box equates to no warranty. They won’t get me again.

I bought this Apex model for my son in September 2008 and paid aprox. $250.00 for it. It’s now May 2009-only 9 months later and there is no picture–it just died one day–zip that’s it for this piece of junk.
I also purchased 2 Samsung’s at the same time (the TOC models) and they are fabulous! I paid just a little more for the Samsung’s and now I am kicking myself for buying this Apex piece of garbage.
Companies that produce and sell junk should be fined because this will end up in a land fill. Companies that produce lemon-electronics for a quick buck should be reported to the EPA. There is no excuse for ripping off consumers with shoddy electronics that are built to expire quickly and therefore must be discarded.
It is common knowledge that attempting the have these LCD TV’s repaired is a nightmare and costly. Therefore, they do end up having to be thrown away. Shameless, Apex is just shameless.

After 7 months of use the green light keeps blinking i need to reboot atleast 5 times before i get picture and the sound is so weak no bass at all. buy something better
